With the development of society and economy,the quality of life of people has been improving,and the requirements of air conditioning equipment also has been gradually improving.The uniformity of flow field in laboratory is affected by many factors and the influence law is different.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the influence of various influencing factors on the uniformity of indoor flow field,and on this basis,it is of practical significance to optimize the flow field in artificial environment laboratory reasonably.In this paper,the internal flow field of an artificial environment laboratory is taken as the research object.Firstly,the numerical simulation of the flow field in the laboratory under the existing air supply structure is carried out,and the simulation results of the temperature field and velocity field under rated refrigeration and rated heating conditions are obtained and analyzed.The numerical simulation of the simplification of the number of orifice tuyere models encountered in the simulation process is carried out,then the influence of the number of orifice tuyere on the simulation is analyzed.Finally the simulation is verified and analyzed through experiments.The effects of the porosity of the orifice plate,the height of the steady pressure layer and the area ratio of the orifice plate on the flow field in the laboratory are analyzed by numerical simulation,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)When the model with the same number of orifice plates in the original laboratory is adopted,the relative error between the measured value and the simulated value of the artificial environment laboratory is almost 15%,and the error of the simulated value is basically the smallest,which is the closest to the measured value.The reliability of numerical simulation is verified.When the accuracy of the numerical simulation results is not particularly strict,it is feasible to use a simplified number of orifice tuyere models.(2)the increase of porosity of pore plate has a small effect on the average temperature inside the laboratory of artificial environment,the average speed has a significant increase,and it makes the temperature field and velocity field of the laboratory more uniform.(3)with the increase of the height of the steady pressure layer of the orifice plate,the temperature field on the inside of the laboratory in the artificial environment laboratory is more uniform,and the average temperature in the laboratory does not increase or decrease regularly.It has a little effect on the average speed and uniformity of the laboratory.(4)under the centralized arrangement of orifice plate,the area ratio of variable orifice plate has a little effect on the average value and uniformity of velocity field as well as temperature field inside the laboratory of artificial environment.Under the removed arrangement of orifice plate,the decrease of orifice area ratio has a small effect on the average temperature of the laboratory of artificial environment,the average speed has a obviously increase,and has a little effect on the uniformity of temperature field and velocity field in the laboratory of artificial environment.(5)For the optimization direction of the indoor side flow field of the artificial environment with the upper feeding back plate air supply structure,the increase of porosity of pore plate and the area ratio of variable orifice plate under the removed arrangement can be taken into account.
