Artificial environment laboratory is a kind of special laboratory to test all kinds of refrigeration equipments, which supplies a steady working environment for the tested equipments when it collects data of tested equipments. Artificial environment laboratory is an important facility whether the tested equipments measure up to the national standard or not. So artificial environment laboratory plays an important role in the development of refrigeration industry. The homogenization of the velocity field and temperature field in the laboratory is an important parameter to evaluate the laboratory's design. Some simulation calculations have been studied for airflow field in artificial environment laboratory at the present,but the datas are still insufficient for the design of the laboratory due to the variety of the configuration of the laboratory. And adjustment of the structure design only based on the experimental data will slow down the technical development. It is a valuable reaserching subject to know the distribution of the velocity field and the temperature field of the artificial environment laboratory.In this thesis, enthalpy potential laboratory of Hefei General Mechanical Institute was chosen as the study object. A CFD software was used to calculate numerical model of the ventilation process of the laboratory. The simulation results under different ventilation speed and tuyere location and tuyere structure were analysed and discussed. The main work and results are summarized as follows:â‘ Experiments of velocity field and temperature field under single tuyere porous broad air access structure were carried out. The data of temperature and velocity at the measuring points under refrigerating case and heating case are acquired and analyzed. It was concluded that change of air supplying temperature has a little influence on the gradient of the velocity and temperature. However, the velocity of air suplying has an obvious influence on the velocity and temperature's gradients.â‘¡Based on the above researchs, a single tuyere porous broad air access structure of enthalpy potential laboratory was simulated by CFD software, and a comparison with the test data had also been conducted. So, the reliability of the numerical model had been proved and a calculating model well suitable for the simulating laboratory was chosen.â‘¢A single tuyere porous broad air access structure mode was simulated under different ventilation velocities.
