Formula SAE of china(Abbreviation“FSC”——Formula Student China)is a kind of automobile design?manufacturing and racing competition which is attended by the students majoring in vehicle engineering or automobile related in Higher Vocational colleges.Aerodynamics kit is important for racing cars.In the FSC competition,the car is a low speed racing car with fewer straight roads and larger proportion of all kinds of detours.In order to ensure the lateral adhesion of the car when crossing the bend,the wing aerodynamic kits are needed,so the design of aerodynamic kits can even directly determine the performance of the race.In this paper,through simulation,the performance of front and rear wings with different number of blades is compared,and the performance of rear wings at different angles of attack is compared.The optimal design method of front and rear wings is selected.This paper is based on fluid dynamics(CFD),to study the influence of front and rear wing aerodynamic suites on reducing vehicle resistance and increasing vehicle downward pressure,so as to improve vehicle performance.In this paper,when comparing the front and rear wing models,the front wing with only one main wing,one main wing plus one flap and one main wing plus two flaps are compared and analyzed;for the rear wing,the flaps with one main wing plus three different angles of attack are compared.After comparing and analyzing the front and rear wing models of several different styles,the final selection can provide the maximum downward pressure without excessive drag.In this way,the front and rear wing aerodynamic suite can provide better handling stability for the vehicle,and make the car achieve good results.
