| At present, the subway vehicle operation mainly adopts the DC power supply mode, and the problem of stray current leakage caused by it is widely concerned. The existence of stray currents has caused serious problems for the normal operation of equipment and pipelines and the normal life of the people. In this paper, the corrosion principle, distribution law and how to protect the stray current are studied.Combined with the actual project,a targeted stray current protection scheme is proposed to provide reference for the protection of stray current in the subsequent subway construction. The study of the distribution of stray currents can provide a theoretical transmission for the protection of stray currents. In this paper,we study the stray current distribution model of "orbital-drainage network-buried metal-earth" under the bilateral power supply mode, and combine the simulation and study the factors affecting the distribution of stray current by changing the simulation parameters to obtain the stray current distribution.General law.Power supply mode, distance, vehicle flow, longitudinal resistance of track and excessive resistance of rail will affect the distribution of stray current in subway.By controlling the above factors in the early stage of construction, the leakage of subway stray current can be effectively reduced. The corrosion protection work of stray current should be controlled from three aspects: prevention, discharge and measurement. This paper introduces the control measures of stray current and studies the control effects of drainage method and source control method. The drainage method can provide effective protection for the buried metal structure, and the source control method can control the leakage of the stray current. Finally, this paper combines the actual project design of the stray current control scheme of the No.11 line of the blue silicon valley section of Qingdao Metro, and puts forward relevant requirements for stray current protection for the construction and operation of the subway, and provides reference for the construction of the subway. |
