When the EMU is tested in the factory,the operator needs to use the special tooling to test the vehicle through command signal in advance to ensure the correctness of the vehicle logic control principle and the through command,and complete the vehicle debugging task.Because the electrical signal configuration of the vehicle end electric hooks of different models is not uniform,we still use special tooling for the vehicle to confirm and simulate the through command signals.The through command signal acquisition device has poor versatility and heavy installation in the EMU debugging process,and the process data is still saved by manual visual acquisition and manual filling of records.This paper studies and analyzes the principle and characteristics of the EMU penetration command test,and researches and develops a lightweight and intelligent through-command test device.The device structure includes two parts: the through command acquisition controller and the handheld terminal.Includes hardware and software design.The hardware consists of two parts: the vehicle through command acquisition controller and the handset.The acquisition controller is connected to the EMU through the electric coupler.The software part uses the embedded wireless module to communicate with the handset to realize 196 kinds of through command signal data.Real-time acquisition and control.Through-command acquisition controller collector hook special connector,power circuit,acquisition and control circuit,lower-position wireless module in one,with STM32F407ZGT6 chip as the core,establish power supply circuit,signal acquisition and output circuit,wireless communication module,vehicle end The electrical connector realizes automatic acquisition and output of the through command signal,and can transmit the through command signal to the handheld terminal through the wireless network;the handheld terminal is designed to realize wireless reception and judgment of the signal,signal channel configuration,and test task release function.Using E31-TTL-1W wireless communication module,research and design a special communication protocol,overcome the complex electromagnetic environment of the debugging workshop,ensure the reliable transmission of the through command signal,and combine the digital debugging platform to realize the automatic download of the test task.Automatic upload of test data.Finally,the function test of the EMU vehicle through command acquisition control device is carried out.Test the actual performance of the system,discover the performance bottleneck of the system,and provide reference for developers to optimize the system.The test results show that the device can display and control the status of the through command in real time,meeting the requirements of convenient,fast and light.
