LED(Light Emitting Diode)belongs to the fourth generation lighting source.It has the characteristics of long life,high light efficiency,energy saving,diversified colors,reliability and stability.High-power LED is widely used in the fields of conventional lighting,street lighting,scenic spot lighting,vehicle lighting and even military lighting.Its application and development have become the trend of the current lighting field.This paper focuses on the research of high-power LED driving power supply.The front stage uses active power factor correction circuit to ensure that the power supply does not pollute the power grid.The LLC resonant converter is used in the latter stage to improve the efficiency of the circuit.The following results are achieved:(1)LED driving power involves power factor correction technology and LLC resonant converter technology.To meet the application requirements of the project,a 72 WLED driving power supply based on two-stage scheme of power factor correction and DC/DC isolation converter is applied in this paper.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of LED driving power supply under different driving modes are analyzed in detail.(2)In order to achieve a wide input range,Boost APFC circuit topology is adopted in this design.LLC resonant converter with STM32 MCU as the control core is adopted in the DC isolated converter part,and UC3854 is selected as the power factor correction circuit part.After the simulation,the prototype is designed.(3)An experimental platform is built,and the experimental results verify the feasibility of the design scheme and the efficiency of the prototype reaches 93.7%.
