LED lights have significant characteristics of energy conservation and environmental protection, which has a vast development and highly appreciated. But what troubled the LED street lamp is that there does not have a reasonable driving power to match, the lack of the whole electronic equipment is a good "heart”, so the research of high-power LED drive power have market hot spots and prospects extremely. In this paper, aiming at the characteristics of LED, we studied the high-power LED drive power.The research content mainly includes the main circuit structure design, hardware circuit design, software design and other aspects. Main circuit topology structure varied from many forms, so it must be chosen firstly, aiming at the short backs of big losses and low power of traditional topology, the design adopts a frequency conversion LLC resonant topology structure of high frequency, low loss, analyzing the working principle of LLC resonant topology and establishing the FHA equivalent model which is based on the fundamental wave analysis, then the influence of various parameters on the converter is analyzed and the parameters of the design process are summarized. In terms of deriving parameter formula, many authors start from the perspective of the voltage gain, which definitely causes too much unknown quantities in the formula, this article starts from the converter input impedance characteristics, find the perceptual boundary of the region and the capacitive area, and finally complete the design of power devices.Switch power, which is based on PWM control, can realize the high-speed communication of signal, offering a more stable voltage for the output, however, when the load mutated, voltage change is not good for the work of switch tube and such magnetic components. In this article, we selected the TMS320F2335 chip as control core, and designed the driving circuit of power switch tube, the power supply voltage and the current sampling circuit, the software design used the PID incremental algorithm, for the voltage current we conduct the double closed loop PI control, and set up software development platform for the engineering building and debugging using CCS development environmentFinally, on the base of main circuit parameters design and design of hardware and software, we designed a 48 v / 240 w laboratory prototype, using XDS100V2 emulator connection, observed the related experiment waveforms through the oscilloscope, the results of performance testing showed that the experimental prototype performed stably, realized ZVS and ZCS switching devices while achieving the resonant conversion at the same time. In a nut shell, it has reached the expected goal.
