The ceramsite is processed from raw materials such as industrial waste residue.It is a new building material that is profitable,environmentally friendly and energy-saving.It meets the national development requirements for green energy-saving building materials and is one of the hot spots for researching high-performance concrete.At present,the state is vigorously advocating the development of prefabricated buildings and researching lightweight and high-strength building materials for assembly walls,in line with the development needs of the country and industry.This paper first expounds the research status of wall materials,wall types and energy-saving and structural integrated walls in China.On the basis of previous experiments,compression experiments were conducted on 84 ceramsite foamed concrete cube specimens by appropriately adjusting the mix ratio and coating cement pastes outside the ceramsite.Digital Image Correlation techniques were used to measure the surface of the specimens.It was studied that the basic mechanical parameters such as cubic compressive strength,Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus of ceramsite foam concrete and the relationship between compressive strength and density of ceramsite foam concrete,the influence of the content of water-reducing agent,mud content of sand,and ceramsite wrapped with cement slurry on the compressive strength of the specimen.The results show that the typical failure mode of ceramsite foam concrete is cracking failure;the compressive strength of ceramsite foam concrete has a exponential function relationship with the density of concrete;there is no significant relationship between the amount of water-reducing agent and mud content of sand as well as the compressive strength of ceramsite foam concrete;ceramsite wrapped with cement slurry can solve the floating problem of ceramic particles during construction and transportation,and improve the compressive strength of ceramsite foam concrete;and the Poisson's ratio of ceramsite foam concrete is desirable 0.22.The large-scale general finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the nonlinear analysis of ceramsite foam concrete mesh frame,common concrete mesh frame and ceramsite foam concrete frame frame.The damage process of the wall is simulated,and the corresponding load-displacement curves and the corresponding cracking and failure loads are given.The stress of each component in the test piece is analyzed when the failure load is reached,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent test analysis.By comparing the results of the finite element model analysis,we can see that:The failure load of the ceramsite foam concrete grid frame is about59% of the ordinary concrete frame,and the cracking load is 51% of the ordinary concrete frame wall;The cracking load of the ceramsite foam concrete grid framecomposite wall is 2.75 times that of the ordinary concrete frame,and the breaking load is 2.39 times that of the ordinary concrete frame;The ceramsite foam concrete filled in the composite wall will provide support for the frame column and the frame beam,and limit the deformation of the frame column and the frame beam.It forms a whole with the frame and works together,which will improve the vertical stiffness of the composite wall,thereby greatly improving The bearing capacity of the composite wall.According to the results of finite element analysis,three groups of 6 speci mens were prepared according to the 1/3 scale ratio for axial compression test.By analyzing the test results,the load-displacement curves of the ceramsite foa m concrete mesh frame,the common concrete mesh frame,and the ceramsite f oam concrete mesh frame combined wall are obtained.The results showed that:I n the case of the same reinforcement,the failure load of the ceramsite foam c oncrete grid frame wall is about 65.56% of the concrete frame wall,and the c racking load is only 24.58% of the concrete frame wall;The cracking load of t he composite wall is 2.66 times that of the frame wall,and the breaking load is 3.02 times that of the frame wall.Comparing the test results with the results of the finite element analysis shows that:The experimental load of the ceramsi te foam concrete grid frame is close to the finite element simulation results,w hile the test load of the ordinary concrete frame and the composite wall is qui te different from the finite element simulation results;In addition,the test displa cements of the three walls are smaller than the numerical simulation results.
