Ceramsite foam concrete is a thermal insulation material. It has simple productionprocess and low investment compared with aerated concrete. However there arevariety shortcomings with thermal insulation blocks:(1)Low insulation performance,high cost,(2)Poor fire resistance,(3)Interface bonding strength of two materials islow,(4)Tow sides of the concrete is easy to crack and water is easy to enter into thecenter insulation materials, which lead to the reduction of its insulation properties,(5)Insulation material technology is not mature;it is difficult to synchronize with theconstruction life.Along with the development of the energy conservation of thebuilding, the domestic developing energy-saving, heat preservation, light and othermaterials, including ceramsite foam concrete wall materials will occupy an importantposition. The material can meet50%energy of the current specification requirements,but the high cost of brick, construction units is more difficult to accept. And the studyin Fujian province is blank, it is more worthy to study on the mix proportion andproduction process of ceramsite foam concrete. The contents of this paper are asfollows, according to the modern needs:In this paper, the cement and fly ash are as the cement materials, coarse aggregateis ceramsite, the air foaming technology is used with amount of foam, and according tto the performance requirements choose the appropriate additive to make ceramsitefoam concrete, seeking to meet the requirements of the products with excellent mixscope and appropriate production process control parameters.This paper introduces the mixed quantity of foaming agent, the fly ash content,ceramsite dosage of the performance of the research, analyzes the factors of themixed quantity of each of the compressive strength, bibulous rate, the influence of thetable dry density, and the factors that influence the performance is good ingredientsput forward insulation foam ceramsite concrete, through the analysis, get thefollowing several conclusions(1) With the increase of the ratio of foam, dry density, the apparent compressive strength gradually reduced, bibulous rate is on the increase.(2) Fly ash instead of cement in the10%to30%range, the concrete compressivestrength of the fly ash concrete mixing than not increased1.2%8%, and the apparentdensity concrete do only a very small increase. When the mixed quantity of fly ashaccounts for15%of the cement, try the28days of compressive strength is the largest,bibulous rate minimum, and the apparent density do only a small increase, so thefuture of fly ash cement content replaced as15%.(3) Ceramsite mixed in does not have the feasibility; Through the additive smallceramsite, found that test blocks with small ceramsite amount of increase, thecorresponding dry density and the apparent compressive strength are graduallyreduced, and bibulous rate increases; The additive mix ceramsite sample blocks ofcompressive strength of the additive than small ceramsite piece of the compressivestrength of lower, but the big ceramsite than with the test blocks come high, and theadditive mix ceramsite trial of apparent density of dry than the other two groups ofthe experiment were lower.
