In recent years, the pressure of environmental deterioration and resource shortage has attracted the attention on the field of electric vehicles(short as EV)in all countries.Developing new energy vehicles in China with electric energy has become the main direction of transformation and upgrading of traditional automobile industry, and is also conducive to avoiding the blockade of petrochemical energy in other countries and overtaking in corners of the automobile industry. Therefore,China's EV industry has entered a period of rapid development and is a national emerging industry, but there are also many problems, such as the small overall share of domestic market, low international brand awareness, dependence on government subsidies, frequent safety accidents and so on.The crux of the problem is that the technology of EV is not mature enough and the quality needs to be improved.Standard of EV is an important document to standardize product quality and promote the overall development of the industry.Standardization is an irreplaceable part to promote the development of EV industry.Compared with other industrial industries, modular parts system of EV is more conducive to the play of the role of standard. Therefore,in order to solve the development problems in the EV market,it is necessary to study the rationality of the standard system formed by the reference relationship between standards and the existence of the standard revision mechanism from the standpoint of standardization management, which is also the starting point of this thesis. The research method adopted in this thesis is social network analysis(SNA),which is suitable to study the relationship in data analysis. It has strong applicability in the fields of sociology and management, especially in the fields of patent and periodical citation. There are many similarities between standard citation and patent and periodical citation. Therefore, this thesis chooses(SNA)to construct. The standard integral network of EV is built, and visualized by Netdraw tool. The structural index(network density, average distance, solitary node rate, component, clique),node index(in-degree,out-degree and node-betweenness)are introduced as quantitative analysis indexes to analyze the whole network of EV.At the same time, the whole network of EV is innovatively analyzed under different units of convergence.Vehicle standards are classified,sub-networks are constructed respectively, and the comparison and analysis are carried out by using structural index and node index. Finally,it is concluded that the overall network structure of EV standard is balanced, with relatively large network density, small average distance, low solitary node rate, fewer components, more cliques and prominent important position of basic standards;the standard network managed under Automobile Standard Committee is even closer to the whole network,so the standards under the management of the Automobile Standard Committee is the main part of the standard for electric vehicles;there is cross-border convergence between the two sub-networks of different jurisdictions, and the standard of connecting the two sub-networks is an important standard for knowledge exchange between the two networks. In addition, some problems still need to be improved are also found in the analysis, such as the inadequate ability to absorb standard knowledge in the industry, the imperfect standard system, the need to update the isolated standard, and the large difference in the number of standard drafting units. At the same time, some corresponding suggestions are put forward in the analysis, hoping to improve management from the standardization point and promote the further development of the electric vehicle industry.
