In recent years,in the context of global transformation and upgrading of national consumption,product design places more emphasis on the relationship between social symbol attributes and objects.The homogenization of product design is becoming more and more serious,and the perceptual aesthetic experience of users is particularly important.Product design requires temperature and a way of emotional solution,and in this context,the concept of CMF design came into being.CMF,i.e.,the Color of the product(Color),Material(Material),surface treatment(Finishes).Originally represents the three elements of product design,but as scientists study and trying,gradually formed a unique CMF design concept and method,while the ideas and methods to launch soon,but the CMF is the indispensable factor in product design,is also a big direction,to solve the problem of emotional CMF design is more and more attention,therefore,about its theory system is gradually mature.Taking the design of yunnan yi nationality element products as an example,this paper discusses the realization and design expression of CMF design method.Firstly,this paper starts with the popular style of modern household products,and selects several typical brands for targeted analysis,so as to explore their CMF composition structure.Then,it focuses on the research of users' aesthetic demands,collects and sorts out data by means of questionnaires and interviews,and builds a user model according to the conclusions.Then,based on the analysis of yunnan yi elements,users' demands are integrated with yunnan yi elements' home furnishings,so as to select the best CMF scheme.Finally,the scheme is used as a guide to express the design.The ultimate goal of this design is to explore the way of integration of national elements and home furnishing products from the perspective of CMF,and provide theoretical guidance for the design method of home furnishing products while inheriting national culture,so as to make it more able to meet the emotional needs of current consumers.
