After China's economy has entered a high-speed development track,the competition between domestic companies has become increasingly fierce.Especially after China's accession to the WTO,foreign companies have also brought new challenges,impacting the market position of Chinese companies.In view of this,how to promote the competitiveness of the company,how to optimize the internal management of the company,how to promote.The improvement of various management systems in our company is a problem that our company should face and face actively.As the main way of management companies,performance appraisal has been recognized by most of the domestic companies,and has been widely used.However,due to the late start of performance appraisal research in China,research results are not rich,the application is not wide,therefore,in the construction of performance appraisal system,the design of performance appraisal indicators in the process,encountered a variety of problems.The research object of this paper is ZT Construction Co.,Ltd.to explore how to scientifically design the enterprise performance appraisal index system,and ensure that it can be effectively applied,thus promoting the overall improvement of enterprise performance.The first part of this paper analyzes the research significance,research methods,research background,research route planning.The second part collates and analyzes the current performance appraisal theory development,connotation and so on,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the design of the performance index system of ZT Construction Co.,Ltd.The third part analyzes the problems and causes of ZT performance appraisal at present.The fourth part,based on the current situation of the enterprise,clarifies the basic idea of designing the performance appraisal system,and re-optimizes the performance appraisal system.The fifth part summarizes and analyzes the specific development process of the new performance appraisal system and the various guarantees needed in the development process.In the process of designing the performance appraisal system of ZT Construction Company Limited,we should take the strategic development goal of the enterprise as the guidance,fully combine the advantages of the key performance index method and the balanced scorecard,and establish a performance index system which is consistent with the specific situation of the enterprise and can promote the performance improvement of the enterprise.
