With the development of the economy and society,the project manager responsibility system is fully implemented in the project construction enterprise.In order to improve the performance of the project and the long-term management and development of the enterprise,it is very important to carry out reasonable performance assessment and incentive for the project manager.The main operation mode of the four construction companies is the project manager responsibility system.The current performance appraisal of the company project manager mainly exists the unreasonable index system,the lack of close combination with the enterprise strategic target,the lack of incentive and lack of communication,which will affect the project profit and the long term business development.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the performance appraisal system of four construction companies project managers and propose corresponding safeguards.On the basis of the related research on the performance appraisal of the project managers,combining with the actual situation of the performance appraisal of the project managers in Sijia construction Company,using the methods of literature research,the Balanced Scorecard and the analytic hierarchy process,the performance appraisal system of the project managers of the four construction companies is optimized.The main results are as follows:the project manager performance evaluation index based on four dimensions of finance,customer,internal operation,learning and growth is designed,and the weight is set;the project manager performance evaluation process is optimized;the implementation process and safeguard measures of the project manager performance appraisal system are put forward,and the expected results are carried out.Prediction and evaluation.This study is of great significance for improving the quality and economic benefits of project construction of Sijia construction company,and provides reference for human resource management of the same type of enterprises.
