In order to adapt to the complex and changeable market environment,enterprises need to constantly improve their competitiveness and core strength.Customers are the starting point and foothold for enterprises to formulate management policies and objectives.Market competition is mainly the competition of market share,and is the competition of the same industry for customers in the market.Therefore,the enterprise takes the customer as the starting point,and continuously increases the degree of customer satisfaction is a key factor for the enterprise to survive and develop smoothly.If the consumer satisfaction is higher,the competitiveness of enterprise talent will be stronger.On the contrary,if the market competitiveness of enterprise is weak,then the market share of enterprise will be stronger.The lower it will be.The return on investment of enterprises will be lower and lower.Business managers agree that "the operation and development of the organization depends on customers" to meet customer needs and improve the level of consumer satisfaction has become the starting point and foothold for enterprises to formulate marketing strategies.Since the reform and development,China's rapid economic development,the people's concept of life gradually changed,the level of consumption gradually upgraded,cars began to enter thousands of households.With relevant statistics,some families have more than one car,so the driver training industry is based on the background of this era of continuous development.However,how to improve the level of customer satisfaction is a problem that every enterprise should consider in the fierce competition environment.Through the old customers who have been consumed by the enterprise to pass on word of mouth and establish word-of-mouth effect,the old customers' emotional loyalty to the enterprise can help the enterprise bring more customer resources.Therefore,to improve the competitiveness of Huida driving school in the local driving school industry,to become a leader in the local driving school industry is the focus of this paper.This paper takes Shihezi Huida Driving School as the research object,on the basis of combing the relevant literature,through questionnaire survey method to investigate customers,through statistical analysis to process the data of customer satisfaction questionnaire,in order to calculate the level of customer satisfaction and analysis through customer satisfaction model.The factors affecting the degree of customer satisfaction provide reference for driving schools to formulate feasible development strategies and implementation programs.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:First of all,this study introduces the customer satisfaction and customer management theory,so that this study has more theoretical support,with theory to guide practice.Secondly,this study introduces the basic situation of Shihezi Huida Driving School,and analyzes the macroeconomic and social environment,industry competition environment and internal management environment of Shihezi Huida Driving School.Secondly,the customer satisfaction of Shihezi Huida Driving School is evaluated.By constructing the index system of customer satisfaction of Shihezi Huida Driving School,the questionnaire of customer satisfaction of Shihezi Huida Driving School is designed,and the data obtained from the survey of customer satisfaction of Shihezi Huida Driving School is evaluated.Finally,according to the analysis of customer satisfaction data of Huida Driving School in Shihezi City,it is concluded that enterprises need to make customer satisfaction and improve customer satisfaction from the following five aspects: the charging situation of driving school,the image of driving school,the teaching ability of coaches,the service level of driving school and the behavior of driving school coaches.Measures.
