Customer satisfaction studies have been widely applied in all walks of life, especially in the highly competitive service industry or enterprise. However, customer satisfaction research on the driver training industry has been a blank. This study analyzes the overall competitive environment of TX Driving School in Chengdu. Focusing on customer satisfaction and considering the actural situation of the driving school, this study presents a scientific and rational customer satisfaction evaluation index system for TX Driving School after analyzing the satisfaction model and research achievements of experts and scholars’. Through questionaire survey, this study accurately measures the customer satisfaction level of the company, so as to identify the key factors influencing the customer satisfaction level of TX. Through this research, it can provide references for one-time service companies to expand their market share and enhance their competitiveness through public praise. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:First of all, this study introduces the theory of customer satisfaction research, discusses the theory of customer relationship management, customer satisfaction theory, theory of customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction index theory, customer satisfaction measurement index system and evaluation methods, etc.Then, it introduces the basic situation of Chengdu TX Driving, and analyzes its macro environment, competitive environment and internal environment.Subsequently, it measures the customer satisfaction level to Chengdu TX Driving, which is the core of this thesis. This part constructs the TX Driving customer satisfaction index system, designs the TX Driving customer satisfaction questionnaires; and then analyzes and measures the TX Driving customer satisfaction survey data.Finally, according to the results of the analysis, this study provides some measures and proposals for the enhancement of customer satisfaction from the perspectives of driving school fees, driving school image, teaching ability of driving coaches, service level of driving school, the behavior of driving coaches.
