ZF Group Performance Management System Optimization Design

Under the economic conditions in the new era,the state-owned enterprises have already made some changes.Facing the new policy and market environment,the state-owned enterprises themselves should adjust their internal management mechanism,motivate their employees,build the high performance corporate cultural atmosphere,and achieve their own medium and long-term objectives and business targets.ZF Company is state-owned,which was founded in July,2013.Its history is too short to be competitive enough.The main reasons are that the ZF company always accepted the projects passively from the government.At the same time,it is in urgent need of transition affected by some policies of managing the debt ratio of local government.As a scientific tool of managing the performance,the performance management is definitely the key method and tool for the state-owned enterprises to carry out their strategic management.This paper takes ZF Company where the author is working as the study object.From the effective implementation of ZF Company's performance management mechanism,on the basis of studying the theory and methods,this paper will diagnose the ZF Company's current situation,to optimize ZF Company's performance management mechanism.There are five points of the optimization,including the principle to optimize the performance management mechanism,the plan to deepen the design of the performance index system,the procedures to make the assessment be standard,the optimized supervising system,and the optimization of the application of the results.Meanwhile,this paper also put forward basic assurances to achieve the application of the optimizing design of ZF Company's performance management mechanism,which hopes to be an example and give some assistances for the other state-owned enterprises,and most importantly to achieve the medium and long-term strategy plan of ZF Company.
