With the rapid development of china's economy,the demand for electricity in all walks of life has also increased rapidly.The calculation of theoretical line loss in low-voltage stations is of great significance for improving the stability and fair operation of the power grid.The theoretical line loss of the low-voltage station area is affected by the on-site operating parameters,and the accuracy of the calculation has been receiving much attention.In this context,based on the CGA-optimized IBP model,this paper studies the factors affecting the calculation error of the theoretical line loss in the low-voltage station area,and studies the theoretical line loss feature extraction and calculation in the low-voltage station area,and applies the model to the low voltage.In the calculation of the theoretical line loss of the station area,the data loss reduction and normalization processing of the theoretical line loss parameter data of the low-voltage station area,the establishment of the nonlinear relationship between the theoretical line loss characteristic parameter and the theoretical line loss,and the reduction of the theoretical line loss calculation error of the low-voltage stage area are three parts.The overall logical route of the CGA optimized IBP model application is given.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on theoretical line loss calculation of low voltage station areaAiming at the problem that the theoretical line loss parameter data redundancy,the theoretical line loss parameter data and the theoretical line loss value have great difference,the CGA model is proposed in this paper.The CGA model is used as the input parameter of the IBP model for the dimension loss of the theoretical line loss parameter of the low-voltage station.The IBP model is used to verify the dimensionality reduction effect of CGA.This paper shows that the CGA model is equivalent to the theoretical line loss parameter of the low-voltage station.The data processing problem proves the validity of the CGA model.In view of the complex structure of the low-voltage station,the large computational load of theoretical line loss and the large calculation error of theoretical line loss,this paper proposes an IBP model.Among them,the theoreticalIV line loss characteristic parameter of the low-voltage station area is the key to the theoretical line loss calculation.The linear loss between the low-voltage station area and the theoretical line loss characteristic parameter is a complex nonlinear relationship.The IBP model establishes the theoretical line loss characteristic parameter and a complex nonlinear mapping relationship between actual line loss values.This paper illustrates that the IBP model is equivalent to optimizing the complex structure of the low-voltage pedestal,the calculation of the line loss,and the calculation error of the theoretical line loss.Prove the applicability of the IBP model.Aiming at the problem of large calculation error of theoretical line loss in low-voltage station area,this paper proposes a CGA-optimized IBP model.Among them,the weight and threshold of the IBP model are the key parameters of the theoretical line loss calculation of the low-voltage station area,and the weight and threshold of the IBP model are used as the input variables of the CGA.This paper illustrates the optimization of the theoretical line loss calculation of the CGA-optimized IBP model equivalent to the low-voltage stage,and illustrates the effectiveness of the model.(2)Computational analysis of CGA optimized IBP modelAiming at the research status of theoretical line loss calculation in low-voltage station area,this chapter designs CGA optimized IBP model.Firstly,the IBP model is designed to calculate the theoretical line loss of the low-voltage station area.Secondly,the CGA model is designed to optimize the weight and threshold of the IBP model.The experimental results show that the CGA optimized IBP model improves the theoretical line loss calculation accuracy of the low-voltage station area to about 0.0001,and the error is reduced by about 0.0009.(3)Theoretical line loss calculation of low voltage platform in a region of yunnan based on CGA optimized IBP modelUsing the theoretical line loss parameter data of low-voltage station area in a certain area of Yunnan,the CGA-optimized IBP model is applied to the calculation of the theoretical line loss of the low-voltage station area in a certain place in Yunnan.After the experimental analysis,the theoretical line loss calculation of the low-pressure stage of the IBP is optimized by CGA.Compared with the low-voltagestage theoretical line loss algorithm mentioned in this paper,the accuracy of the algorithm is relatively improved.After comparing the experimental results,the CGA-optimized IBP algorithm is applied to the actual low-voltage station theoretical line loss calculation.
