Design And Application Research Of ZB48 Packaging Machine Cigarette Package Appearance Quality Inspection System

When the form of tobacco is suddenly tense in the whole country,the quality of the products is particularly important for the tobacco enterprises.In view of the appearance quality defects of the cigarette packer ZB48 in Dali Cigarette Factory,this paper designs a modular and automatic inspection system for the appearance quality of the cigarette packages,which can detect the cigarette packages in real time instead of the backward ones.Manual detection.The hardware of cigarette package appearance quality detection system mainly includes three parts: image acquisition,image detection and processing,and test result output.In the image acquisition part,the LED strip light source is used to provide high brightness and high stability illumination environment for image acquisition.The system uses four face CCD cameras to take photos simultaneously,and it can take photo four face of cigarettes at one time.Using industrial control computer as image processing unit,a friendly human-computer interaction interface is designed.The touch screen operation interface can display various detection information and set parameters.In order to ensure the stability and rapidity of the system,the executing agency adopts the rejection mechanism of the original machine.The detection system uses VC++ 6.0 and HALCON image processing software as the core part of image processing.Different image processing algorithms are applied to different defects of cigarette pack appearance quality.Modular design is carried out to detect the cigarette pack in real time.The detection system is composed of image acquisition module,signal module,software processing module and display module from hardware design to software processing.The whole detection process is completed from image acquisition to image processing to result display.The cigarette appearance inspection system developed in this paper has been put into use in cigarette packaging production line.The results show that the hardware scheme of the system is reasonable and feasible,and the software runs stably and reliably,which provides a feasible solution for cigarette package appearance quality detection.
