The Development Of Control System Of Folding Packer

Candy and chocolate need to be packed before they can enter the market.The folding packer is a packaging machine for candy and chocolate,which is widely used in candy processing enterprises.It is the paper's starting point to research and develop a control system of folding packer,which is low-cost,stable and reliable.Through analyzing the packaging techniques and using requirements,this paper gives the hardware design of control system.The design choses AT89C52 as the main controler and uses CPLD to expand I/O ports.From the viewpoint of hardware design,the system is divided into several parts:singlechip's smallest system,input and output module,display module,power supply module and so on.This article details the hardware circuit design. In the design, we use a kind of software called Protel to draw the circuit schematic and PCB,and then make a printed circuit board.In the design we use CPLD to achieve a lot of complex logic functions.This paper introduces the design idea of every functional module in the CPLD.It also introduces the use of ISE integrated development tools.In software , according to the demand for the packer's control functions,this paper completes the program for control of packaging process,color compensation,packaing speed display,key scan and so on.Because a lot of important operations are completed in the interrupt handling process,so this article details the design and realization of the interrupt handling procedures.In the development process, the system hardware circuit is debugged with functional testing program.In the running process of the packer ,the detailed steps are tested.As testing showed,the system is able to realize each module function and control the packaging process correctly.Through our efforts,the whole design of control system has been completed,and has been rigorously tested.It meets the needs of customers.
