| LNG has the characteristics of high performance,high heat value,clean,high efficiency and saving storage and transportation space.As a clean energy source,Current,LNG is the third largest energy source after coal and oil,and is the focus of future energy development.Natural gas has become one of the fastest growing energy industries in the world,with many countries listing LNG as their preferred fuel.With the increase of natural gas vehicles in our country,the construction of LNG gas filling station is imperative.However,unlike general engineering project management,LNG gas station project construction must have corresponding professional management system.However,there are still many gaps in the actual situation of LNG gas industry,and there are still many deficiencies in the research of LNG gas station project construction.This paper takes the construction management process of LNG gas station as the focus of the research,from the aspects of project construction procedure,quality management,safety production,cost and arbitration after the dispute in the settlement process,the project management of LNG gas station is systematically studied,forming an excellent project management model of LNG gas station.In order to make up for the deficiencies in the construction of LNG gas station project,to accumulate experience for the future LNG industry practitioners,and then promote the favourable development of LNG gas industry. |
