Research On The Improvement Of R&D Quality Management Of C Wind Power Company

This thesis mainly focused on the improvements of R&D quality management system of C wind power company,a wind power turbine manufacturing enterprises.As is well known,the wind power turbine manufacturing is different from the traditional manufacturing industry.Because,In addition to the traditional production,there is a long procedure of hoist the whole wind turbines and complicated configuration the machine in the wind field.Due to the high cost of the crane installation,operation and maintenance,the requirements of the reliable and high quality wind turbine is getting higher and higher.From those serious quality accidents which already happened for lots of times,and also from the quality management status of C wind power company,we can see that,the main quality problems are:quality management is not standardized,the product quality is unstable and the product loss is increasing.Therefore,the most essential way is to improve quality management system of wind turbine manufacturing enterprises.In this study,I investigated the development background,product basic situation and external environment of C wind power turbine company.I planed the improvement of R&D quality management,performed the implementation of improvement measures and verified the improvement effect according to the basic procedure of quality improvement-PDCA cycle.After analysis of the current situation and problems of the R&D quality management in C wind power company,I adopt the method of "action learning" to form the improvement plan of R&D quality management and formulate improvement approaches.This study focused on the implementation of quality management improvement in R&D process:First,we improved the product development process and refine the product development process through the establishment of the integrated product development process based on IPD and CMMI.Secondly,we strengthened the management of technical review.We established the pool of reviewers,optimized the reviewer management and used the closed-loop management method as well as other approaches to improve the quality of the review system.Meanwhile,we strengthened the quality control system of R&D process to achieve R&D quality management improvement of C wind power company.In the thesis,we analyzed the optimization of quality management of C wind power companies and demonstrates the significance and the implementing condition of sustaining improvement of quality.To establish a valid quality management system,enterprises should take the requirements of clients as center and take the sound management system as guarantee.In order to obtain sustainable development,enterprises always have to meet the requirements of clients and promote the management of quality.
