Boiler is an indispensable power and heating equipment in social life,and plays an important role in the process of economic development and environmental governance.Traditional coal-fired boilers are difficult to control,inefficient,seriously polluting,and wasteful of resources.They cannot meet the goals of green energy conservation and high-efficiency development in today’s society.The development trend is bound to gradually increase the proportion of clean energy and replace traditional coal and other energy sources.This paper analyzes the boiler combustion characteristics,selects the optimal control strategy,establishes the heat load prediction model and designs the overall heating control system for the gas-fired boiler central heating and energy-saving operation system,and conducts energy-saving analysis.Natural gas produces almost no pollution after it is burned and is a highly efficient and clean gas fuel.Compared with coal-fired boilers,gas-fired boiler central heating systems have fewer system equipment,higher intelligence,and more precise and convenient control.The working principle,system composition and combustion characteristics of the gas boiler are analyzed,and the mathematical model of the combustion reaction is established to provide a basis for the design of the control system and the selection of control strategies.In the industrial field,the conventional PID algorithm is the most widely used,and has a good control effect for relatively simple control objects.However,the structural parameters of gas boilers are complex,with strong nonlinearity,and it is impossible to establish a more accurate mathematical model,and the general control system cannot meet the characteristics of gas boilers with large inertia and time delay.Therefore,this paper adopts the fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm that combines fuzzy control and conventional PID algorithm,and focuses on the design of the fuzzy controller to meet the requirements of the boiler control system.And on the MATLAB/SIMULINK platform,carry on the control strategy simulation to the conventional PID and the fuzzy self-tuning PID,and analyze and compare the simulation results.During the heating process of a gas-fired hot water boiler,the user’s demand for heat changes at different times,and its external factors include outdoor air temperature,light,water supply network pressure,and flow.When the heat supplied by the water supply pipe network through the heat exchanger exceeds the heat demanded by the user,excess heat will be lost;but if the heat supply is insufficient,the indoor temperature will not reach the user’s expectations.Therefore,a reasonable heat load forecast needs to be based on user needs and humanize the heating process.In this paper,the heat load prediction model based on BP neural network algorithm is used.Apply the neural network toolbox on the MATLAB platform to establish the prediction model structure.After training on the learning rules of the sample data,test the effect of the test data and analyze the test results to see if it meets the expectations.The gas boiler intelligent heating system is built on the UW500 DCS system.For hardware,the operator station,field control station,communication network,I/O interface and field equipment are selected for design;for software,in UWinTech3.0,the hardware configuration,I/O module,database and monitoring screen are respectively Carry out configuration design and design program flow chart of each control subsystem.The control system will realize the intelligent control of gas boiler heating,and achieve the purpose of high efficiency and energy saving.Finally,the energy-saving analysis of the reformed gas boiler heating system is carried out,and the energy-saving effects of the new system are discussed from the aspects of primary energy and frequency conversion energy saving.
