At present,in China's construction industry,the most commonly used formwork support system is the fastener type steel tube scaffold support system,which has simple processing,mature technology and strong universality.However,the fastener type steel tube scaffold support system has many horizontal cross bars,complex erection and inconvenient construction site access.With the continuous development of the construction industry and the continuous renewal of the construction technology,a new type of aluminum alloy formwork independent steel support system has appeared in the construction market.Compared with the traditional fastener type steel tube scaffold support system,the aluminum alloy formwork independent steel support system does not need to set horizontal cross bar,the height can be adjusted flexibly,and the operation is more convenient.However,the stability calculation method of aluminum alloy formwork independent steel support system is not mature enough,which greatly affects its application in construction engineering.It is very important to study the mechanical properties of the independent steel support system of aluminum alloy formwork for the development and application of the independent steel support system of aluminum alloy formwork,to improve the safety of the formwork construction process and to ensure the project quality.Firstly,this paper reviews the development process of formwork support system and the research status at home and abroad,introduces the advantages of independent steel support in detail,summarizes the influencing factors of the stability bearing capacity of independent steel support,and provides ideas and directions for the later research.Based on the stability theory of axial compression members,the simplified calculation model of independent steel support is derived,and the influence of initial bending defects on the stability of independent steel support is analyzed.The stability of the early dismantling system of aluminum alloy formwork is analyzed theoretically by the frame model with hinged column base.The calculation length coefficient of the simplified model of the early dismantling system of aluminum alloy formwork is determined by the layer stiffness method.Combined with the actual project,ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the stress of a single independent steel support.The influence of initial bending defects and boundaryconditions on the mechanical performance of the independent steel support is analyzed,and the results are compared with the calculation results of the code.Using ABAQUS finite element software to analyze the anti side displacement ability of the early dismantling system of aluminum alloy formwork,analyze its stress and deformation under different influence factors,so as to explore the overall stability of the independent steel support system of aluminum alloy formwork,and provide certain basis for the application and research of the independent steel support system of aluminum alloy formwork.
