Compared with other engineering fill materials,non-cohesive soil has great advantages.Generally speaking, the compaction effect of non-cohesive soil is better, its optimum moisture content is smaller, and its maximum dry density is larger;under static action, its compressibility is smaller;under dynamic action, especially under vibration Easy to be compacted.Due to its excellent properties,non-cohesive soil has been widely used in the field of engineering fill. However, accurate and rapid determination of the compaction of non-cohesive fill has always been a technical problem that plagued the engineering community. At present, the construction personnel still mainly use the traditional destructive testing method to measure the non-cohesive fill. The traditional method has many defects such as great destructiveness,time-consuming and laborious, and insufficient data representation. In order to solve this problem and improve the accuracy and efficiency of the measurement of the compaction of non-cohesive fill, this paper takes two typical non-cohesive soil materials, sand and river sand,as the research object, combined with the most advanced soil density measuring instrument-SDG The nuclear density meter has established a complete set of SDG operation procedures when measuring non-cohesive soil. After that, through repeated analysis of laboratory test data,a systematic evaluation of the application of SDG density meter in the field of non-cohesive soil materials was made. The results show that the SDG density meter can be well applied to the determination of compaction of non-cohesive soil. The main research work done in this article is as follows:(1)By comparing the test process of measuring cohesive soil with SDG densitometer,it points out the difference between measuring cohesive soil and cohesive soil, and establishes a complete operating procedure when measuring cohesive soil.(2)Through indoor experiments, analyze the repeated test data of multiple sets of single points under different conditions of sand and river sand, and explore the stability of SDG densitometer when measuring non-cohesive soil.(3)According to the comparison data of the indexes measured by the SDG density meter and the irrigation method when the sand and river sand are in different states, the deviation of the data indexes and the true value when the SDG density meter measures the non-cohesive soil material is judged. After that,by establishing the fitting equation of the data measured by SDG and irrigation method, looking for the fitting relationship between the SDG test value and the true value, combining the fitting degree between the two equations, the SDG densitometer was used to determine the non-cohesive soil Make a comprehensive evaluation of the suitability of the compaction situation.(4)Using a single analysis method, the pre-parameters required for the SDG densitometer to measure non-cohesive soil were repeatedly studied.By observing the change of the dry density and water content value measured by SDG after changing a certain pre-parameter,the influence of each pre-parameter on the result of SDG measurement of cohesionless soil is judged...
