Wind power has been playing an important role in recent decades as one of the most important permanent sources of clean energy for many countries to plan their energy projects of the future.However,the development of wind energy technology also faces challenges,especially in the application of low wind speed.In order to adapt to the development of weak wind farms,a new structure of magnetic levitation vertical axis wind generator with low wind speed is proposed in this paper.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.In view of the shortcomings of the high starting resistance moment of the generator in the current vertical axis wind power generation system,a design scheme of magnetic levitation vertical axis wind generator with low starting torque and easy to control and high efficiency is proposed.The generator set is composed of a permanent magnet direct drive wind generator with inner rotor and a magnetic levitation system.In this paper,the magnetic circuit of the inner rotor permanent magnet direct-drive wind generator is firstly analyzed according to the method of equivalent magnetic circuit,and the basic structural parameters of the generator are determined.Secondly,ANSYS software is used to analyze the generator performance under different operating conditions.Finally,in order to minimize the cogging torque and achieve the goal of low starting resistance moment,this paper analyzes the generating mechanism of cogging torque and proposes a design scheme to reduce the cogging torque.In the research of maglev system,the structure and working principle of the maglev system are firstly described.Then the mathematical model of the axial levitation force of the magnetic levitation system is derived by using the method of equivalent magnetic circuit.Finally,the maglev system model was established in ANSYS Maxwell,and its feasibility was verified by finite element analysis.2.Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the design of the above preliminary design of magnetic levitation vertical axis wind generator with low wind speed: First analysis of the working principle,characteristics and implementation steps of genetic algorithm,and then according to the low speed maglev vertical axis wind turbine performance metrics to determine the optimized target function,design variables and constraints of the motor,and low speed maglev constructed according to the genetic algorithm for the vertical axis wind turbine model to optimize the simulation calculation,the optimal value obtained from the calculation is taken into ANSYS Maxwell modeling analysis to obtain the optimizationdesign results,and the results are compared with the finite element design results to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the genetic algorithm.
