As the development of economic, non-renewable energy resources dried up, and the renewable wind power will become one of the most important energy output in the world. With the development of community, the people will pay more and more attention to wind power. To small wind-driven generator, because of small size, easy to install, no pollution, low energy consumption, maintaining of simply, it is very suitable for installation in remote mountain areas, islands, border posts, transit stations which can't connect transmission lines and the electricity problem of street lamp, lawn lamp can be solved.The subject of the study is based on Wind and PV hybrid power buried induction monitoring system. Without using electric supply, this system can adopt both wind and solar energy to provide all the energy needed to run the whole system. In order to continuously provide energy, it is needed to start wind-driven generator in the breeze, therefore reducing startup torque to use of the wind, we have to consider the issue. Reduce friction is in order to reduce the starting torque, and the permanent magnetic bearing can make the mechanical structure without physical contact, reducing friction.Permanent magnetic bearing is the main content that we focus, and this article made the deduction calculations on magnetic bearings of magnetic force. For a given magnetic material, analysis the characteristics of the magnetic material itself in-depth, find the maximum magnetic energy product of magnet points, infer best working size of magnet, maximise the magnetic properties of permanent magnetic materials. With the comparison of the ratio of permeance unit and contrast values, operating point and empirical formula, verify the correctness of size choices. Through the study of radial magnetic bearing and radial stiffness formula inferred have some best stiffness of radial magnetic bearing size, providing theoretical basis for practical application blindly choose the size reduction.For vertical axis wind-driven generator of leaves for selection, in predecessors of research foundation select three leaves of Savonius type wind-driven generator, and for simulation research the change of its started torque. On foundation of three leaves of install wind deflector in the perimeter of leaves, and for simulation analysis research it is found that this can improve wind-driven generator of started torque, and this provides theory help for designing wind-driven generator in breeze situation started.
