The construction industry has begun to vigorously promote the prefabricated building production based on prefabricated components to promote the industrialization process of the construction industry,in at present,with the deepening of China's industrialization process.Due to the imperfection of China's prefabricated structure system,the prefabricated structure accounts for a relatively low proportion in current construction production.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to improve the prefabricated structure system and accelerate the process of building industrialization.The moldless pouring frame building structure is developed on the basis of assembling the monolithic structure to improve the design and connection form of prefabricated components.It is an integral part of the prefabricated structure system.Its structure no longer needs support when pouring concrete on site.Design template,which reduces the waste of wood and improves the industrialization and mechanization of construction production.BIM technology uses a series of 3D modeling software as a platform to realize the creation of digital building models,information design and management.The application of BIM technology can not only enable the construction industry to carry out technological innovations in design,production,operation and management.It also improves the productivity of the construction industry.The application of BIM technology to the moldless pouring frame building structure is a supplement and improvement to China's prefabricated structural system,which has greatly promoted the development of China's construction industry from traditional to informatization and industrialization.The main research work done in this article is as follows:1.By summarizing the design method of traditional assembly structure and the design method of assembly structure based on BIM,comparing its advantages and disadvantages,a design method of BIM-based moldless pouring frame structure isproposed.This design method adopts Revit,PKPM-BIM,etc.The use of BIM series software can be achieved.2.Study the application of BIM series software such as Revit and PKPM-BIM.Through the design method of moldless pouring frame structure based on BIM,the design and overall calculation of the moldless pouring frame structure are verified to verify that the overall performance of the structure can meet the design requirements.of.The in-depth design of the moldless pouring frame structure model that completes the entire experience calculation is designed to make the prefabricated components avoid the problems of unsafe lifting and collision during actual construction.3.The connection performance of the moldless pouring frame structure nodes is the key to ensure the safety of the structure.The finite element simulation analysis of the beam-slab joints and beam-column joints of the moldless pouring frame structure using ABAQUS software,and the comparison of the finite element simulation results of the beam-slab joints and beam-column joints of the cast-in-situ structure under the same conditions respectively The connection performance between the frame structure node and the cast-in-situ structure node under the same conditions is not much different.
