Motor and hydraulic pump combination system are widely used.However,there are many disadvantages to be solved in the above-mentioned power integrated devices: single functionality,the conversion function is weak,the problems of loose structure,high use requirements,unreasonable matching,the existing power devices can't provide multiple power at the same time and flexibly meet the requirements of various working condition.At present,there is haven't power equipment that can realize the mutual conversion of the three kinds of energy at the same time.In order to overcome the disadvantages of the existing hydraulic power system,this paper create a highly integrated structure,which can realize the coupling conversion of mechanical energy,electrical energy and hydraulic energy,and the displacement can be adjusted.This paper mainly studies an electro-hydraulic coupling model:variable alternating current electro-hydraulic coupling.This paper describes the structure and principle of the electro-hydraulic coupling system,the working principle of the hydraulic system,analyzes the dynamics of the key components of the hydraulic system,establishes the plunger movement unit model with AMESim software,and simulates the dynamic analysis of the hydraulic system plunger components,verify the accuracy of the plunger movement value with MATLAB software.Carries out the stress of the cylinder block and explore the balance condition of the overturning moment of the cylinder,establishes hydraulic system model and simulates the hydraulic characteristics of the hydraulic system under various working parameters.According to the working principle of the hydraulic system of the electro-hydraulic coupling,the YST400 W hydraulic test-bed is used for the experimental study.The rationality of the working principle and the motion characteristics of the system is verified through the test.The results show that when the working pressure increases from 2 MPa to 6 MPa,the volumetric efficiency is reduced from 93.03% to 90.11%.The simulation is the same as the experiment,but the trend of the system volumetric efficiency is larger in the experiment.Under AMESim platform,the permanent magnet synchronous motor model is established,the motor and hydraulic characteristics are analyzed to realize the matching research of hydraulic system and power system.,and carry out model test to explore the influence of motor parameters on system characteristics and system efficiency,the simulation results show that the overall efficiency of the system can be maintained above90% by selecting reasonable motor and hydraulic parameters.
