In the current energy shortage, the variety and quantity of construction machinery increasing pressure to develop environmentally friendly, energy-saving products is the future trend of development of construction machinery. Multiple hydraulic power flow coupler produced conform to this trend, to some extent, effective solution to hydraulic power systems in large power loss, low efficiency. Based on previous research, I have done on the following work.Firstly, research and development of a new mechanism of electro-hydraulic couplers, leads to the hydraulic power flow coupler multiplexing works, drawn Schematic diagram of the system, multi-channel hydraulic coupling power flow matching system structural analysis, summed up the system It can achieve up to 11 kinds of stable operating conditions.It was established important parts of the system that is dynamic mathematical model and AMESim simulation model of the hydraulic pump / motors, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic accumulators combined with the AMESim simulation software virtual design technology. The establishment of a multi-channel hydraulic power flow coupler system specific conditions of AMESim simulation model simulation curve obtained after doing verification analysis, provide analytical basis for the coupler system application design.Finally, the system was applied analysis. According to the setting of specific working conditions, an important component of the system model selected. Their working conditions and brake energy recovery braking condition can drive a systematic analysis of energy efficiency. The computing system efficiency is 75.11% and 72.77%, respectively.
