In recent years,ultrasonic motor has developed rapidly.V-shaped linear ultrasonic motor is a kind of ultrasonic motor according to the movement form of stator.It makes use of the unique V-shaped structure as the stator to drive the mover,which has the advantages of high thrust,fast speed and stable operation.It has been widely used in precision engineering,deep space exploration,automobile manufacturing and bioengineering.With the development of linear ultrasonic motor,in order to get better output efficiency,the V-shaped linear motor is only optimized in structure.However,generally the driving voltage is large and the driving circuit is complex,which is not conducive to the miniaturization of structure when it is combined with the transformer driving.Therefore,in order to better apply to different environments,this paper proposes a V-shaped linear ultrasonic motor driven by low pressure.Firstly,in order to analyze the motion mechanism of V-shaped linear ultrasonic motor,the vibration model of V-shaped structural beam was analyzed based on the analysis of the vibration model of simple beam and the boundary conditions,and the theoretical basis of its working mode was determined.At the same time,the running track of the motor is analyzed and the excitation mode of the motor is determined.In addition,the working characteristics of laminated piezoelectric ceramics are analyzed,and piezoelectric components are selected according to the research purpose of low-voltage drive.Under the guidance of theory,the structure of motor stator is designed,including the design of driving foot and clamping device,which reduces the influence of clamping device on motor work.The modeling software is used to model the V-shaped linear ultrasonic motor,and the simulation software is used to carry out the modal simulation of the motor,and the driving frequency under the working mode of the motor is further determined.The V-shaped linear ultrasonic motor prototype was designed and manufactured to assemble the motor stator rationally.On this basis,the vibration test of the prototype was carried out to verify the frequency range of the prototype in working mode,and anexperimental platform was built to test the characteristic relationship between the output speed and frequency of the motor.Through experiments,the maximum no-load speed and load performance of the motor under low voltage condition were tested,and a good output speed and load force were obtained under steady working condition,which proved the feasibility of guaranteeing the mechanical output performance under low voltage condition,and laid a foundation for the application of V-shaped linear ultrasonic motor in a wider range of occasions.
