In China,chronic diseases have entered a high incidence period due to the aging of the population and the increasing of lower-aged patients.Hence,there is an urgent need for a set of scientific and effective chronic disease management system.At the same time,according to the data about the causes of death of urban and rural residents in "China's Cardiovascular Disease Report 2019",it's clear that the type of cardiovascular death accounts for the highest proportion of the total death causes.It can be inferred from the relevant data that the number of people suffering from cardiovascular diseases is around 290 million.So,there is great potential for development in the field of cardiovascular prevention and treatment in the next decade.At present,through the development of wearable technology and the popularization of 5G communication technology,smart wearable medical products can realize the functions of perception,recording,analysis,conversion,intervention and even treatment of diseases or maintenance of health.Smart wearable medical products for cardiovascular patients already have technical feasibility.The research of a smart wearable medical product that can better serve cardiovascular patients is necessary.First of all,the thesis began with the research of empathy design theory on the macro-architecture level and micro-level,and then the empathy design method and process suitably for the development of smart wearable medical products were established.Secondly,cardiovascular patients were taken as the research object under the guidance of empathic design to find their needs.With the rapid development of wearable technology,the reliability and accuracy of monitoring,recording and analysis of human physiological indicators continue to improve.Taking this as a technical premise and combined with the analysis of cardiovascular disease population's needs,the core function of smart wearable medical products were defined as three major modules: 1.physiological index data collection,recording,local automatic analysis and feedback;2.connection with the medical Internet,data sharing and feedback of analysis results;3.construction and improvement of a set of scientific and reasonable first aid system which helps people with cardiovascular diseases to truly achieve high-quality chronic disease management.Role playing was adopted to evaluate and improve the positioning of product functions.Finally,a smart wearable medical product was designed,it's suitable for the cardiovascular disease population for daily disease monitoring and emergency rescue.To verify whether the function setting of the system was efficient and reasonable.The expert interview method and questionnaire survey method were used to investigate and evaluate the product function.
