With the rapid development of China’s medical industry,the special population of critically ill patients has received increasing attention from society and families.Severe patients refer to a group of patients with unstable or potentially unstable clinical conditions,impaired function of one or more organs or systems,or those that are potentially life-threatening.This type of patients generally has a sudden and critical illness,and a little carelessness will cause irreparable consequences.The medical conditions and emergency conditions of critically ill patients need urgent attention and attention.Medical bed is an essential product in the emergency and medical treatment of critically ill patients.It is mainly used for patient treatment,rescue and transfer services.It has been widely used in general beds and intensive care units.At present,the design of medical bed products on the market is a weak link in the field of health care design.The existing medical bed design is not suitable for critically ill patients in terms of function and operation.Therefore,the development and innovation of medical bed design for critically ill patients is important.significance.This subject has conducted research and analysis on the status of critically ill patients to obtain the factors that affect the health of critically ill patients and the demand points of critically ill patients.Using questionnaires to further investigate and analyze the existing medical beds,the current design for critically ill patients is obtained.The existing problems of the medical bed,through the construction of the Kano model induction problem,to obtain the medical bed design elements for the needs of critically ill patients,according to the hierarchical membership relationship to categorize the design elements,build a hierarchical structure model of the medical bed,and use the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the design elements The importance of each product is checked and ranked in order to obtain the design direction of the final product of the medical bed.Combining survey results,analysis conclusions,and medical bed product design principles to carry out design practices,using 3D modeling and computer-aided design processing to obtain final product design renderings,and designing evaluations around materials,dimensions,and image processing from the final design example.Verifies its feasibility and effectiveness.This paper combines a variety of design methods to provide design research directions for the design of medical beds based on the needs of critically ill patients.At the same time,it provides constructive design ideas for the design of similar products.The evaluation method and the validity of this method are verified by design examples,which shows that this method has important enlightening effect on the innovation and development of medical bed design,and has practical promotion value and application value.
