With the rapid development of industrial equipment,traditional analog control technology has been gradually replaced by high-precision,intelligent digital control technology,power system,especially special power system performance has been gradually improved.This paper studies the inverter power system based on digital control technology,converting 40-55 V low voltage DC into 115V/400 Hz AC current,as an auxiliary power supply for aviation power system in special power supply,which is of great significance to the power supply of different on-board equipment.On the basis of analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each topological structure,this topic determines that the push-pull transformation structure is used in the front DC-DC link and the whole bridge inverter structure is adopted in the latter DC-AC link.Through the detailed analysis of the working principle and working process of each link circuit structure,a mathematical model is established for the push-pull transformation circuit and the full-bridge inverter circuit,and the control scheme is designed in detail.The voltage closed-loop scheme is used in the front-stage boost ingester to improve the system's anti-jamming ability,and in the backward stage inversion,through the theoretical analysis and comparison of the modulation technology and generation method of SPWM wave,the PSIM simulation model is constructed,and the monopolar modulation method and asymmetric rule sampling method are finally selected,and then the control scheme adopts the voltage current double-closed loop transient control based on feed-forward and negative feedback,and adds the voltage-to-square root control circuit to improve the output accuracy and rapid response ability.Then the various components of the main circuit of the inverter power supply are designed and selected,and the design process of the main program of the control system and the design process of the main program and the individual module programs are designed in detail for the hardware circuits such as the drive circuit,the sampling circuit and the auxiliary power supply,as well as the main program of the control system.Using the PSIM simulation environment,a circuit model is constructed to verify the rationality and feasibility of the voltage closed-loop control and the voltage current dual-closed-loop instantaneous control scheme used in the front stage.Finally,the experimental platform is set up for the control core of TMS320F28335,which verifies that the system circuit has strong anti-jamming,faster response speed and high output accuracy,and has a broad application prospect in the field of aviation power supply.
