As the link between the power plant and the power line.the substation has become more and more important in the power system.The transformation of the substation equipment after the life cycle has become a key link in the operation of the substation.After research.it is found that few people have studied the transformation process of substation.According to the status quo of substation of Yishui Power Grid and the practice of substation transformation.this paper studies the transformation of substation.Firstly.this paper briefly introduces the background and significance of the research.briefly describes the research and development status of substation at home and abroad.and analyzes the problems existing in the transformation of substation in Yishui County.Secondly.the scheme that should be selected for the substation transformation is studied.Under the circumstances of considering the actual situation of the old substation.the appropriate optimal scheme is selected.Through the study of the relevant configuration.the final procurement plan was determined.and the comparative study confirmed the protection and telecontrol system.From the perspective of on-site construction personnel.based on the transformation process of the Ma station substation.the optimal process of conventional substation transformation is summarized.With the load transfer as the node.the whole project can be divided into four stages.and the four stages are introduced in detail.The specific work content and precautions and summed up the practical skills of some operations accumulated in the work.Then.some key technologies in the substation renovation process are summarized.Discussed the importance of using temporary opening and closing and how to choose.The fault line selection.CT wiring and calibration of the whole CT loop of the small current grounding system and the self-injection uncharged fault of the substation station are studied.The insights on the protection of the main transformer direction during the transformation and commissioning of the substation are summarized.and the non-stop school is proposed.The method of self-investment inspection.the correctness of the remote control loop without power failure verification.and the practical scheme of non-blackout replacement and calibration protection are introduced.The key technologies of load test and distance protection in substation transformation are introduced.Finally.the focus is on the design of the scheme.the design of the schematic diagram.the selection of the circuit breaker and the calculation and selection of other necessary components.The analog circuit breaker designed for self-injection verification without power failure is introduced in detail.Production.According to the check-in of the Ma station substation.the specific use steps were summarized and extended to some practical applications in the substation transformation process.
