With the advantages of high efficiency, little consume, simple structure and light weight, permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely used in many areas in recent years. However,PMSM drive system is easily affected by uncertain factors such as parameter changes and load disturbances, which makes it a complex nonlinear system of multivariate and intensive coupling. In addition, when the rotor angular speed, stator current and other state variables of PMSM violate the state constraints,it will affect the performance of PMSM and even lead to security problems.Consequently,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study advanced control strategies to solve the problems of high-order nonlinearity and state constraints and to achieve high-quality control of PMSM.In this paper, the position tracking control method of PMSM considering the state constraints is studied, combined with backstepping, barrier Lyapunov functions(BLFs),adaptive fuzzy control and command filtering technique. The main research results are as follows.1.Based on the dynamic model of PMSM,the position tracking problem is studied under the condition of considering the state constraints.Firstly, the controller of the system is designed by using the backstepping method. At the same time, using the barrier Lyapunov functions to limit the states of the system in a given state space. In addition, the fuzzy logic systems and adaptive control are combined to overcome the problem of “certain functions must be linear” and parameter time-varying.2.In view of the “explosion of complexity” problem in conventional backstepping, the output signal of the low-pass second-order filter is used to approximate the virtual control signal by using the command filtering error compensation technology. The problem of “explosion of complexity” in the calculation process is handled and the influence of the filter error is reduced.3.Further considering the influence of iron losses on the operation performance of PMSM,the state constraints-based position tracking control method of PMSM considering iron losses is studied.A new strategy of command filtered adaptive fuzzy backstepping control based on barrier Lyapunov functions is proposed in this paper.4.Through the MATLAB / Simulink visual simulation tool, the contrast simulation experiment is completed. The proposed control method is compared with BLFs-based dynamic surface control method and command filtering method respectively. The simulation results show that the designed controller not only achieves the desired position tracking effect, but also limits the state variables to a reasonable interval. In addition, the effectiveness and advantages of the command filtering technology in the position tracking control of PMSM are also verified.
