This thesis mainly studies the structure construction and design of the analog switch matrix circuit with power management under the 180 nanometer process.The design is mainly divided into a power management module and an analog switch matrix module.The analog switch matrix circuit with power management is a channel conversion chip for analog signal transmission,which has a wide range of applications and is indispensable in signal transmission.Moreover,the performance of foreign products is generally higher than domestic design products,so most of the domestic market adopts foreign products,the price is high,and the domestic market urgently needs alternative products.The power management module directly determines the reliability of the system and is therefore a key design part.In the design of the power management module,the bandgap reference part adopts low-power design.Based on the experience of the predecessors,it puts forward its own design and makes a unique design for the fast start in low-power design.Below 0.9 ? A,fast start-up time is less than 2 microseconds,output voltage drift coefficient is less than 20 ppm,power supply with load capacity is 120 mA,overcurrent protection is triggered when load current is higher than 120 mA,circuit protection There is also a high temperature protection module in the design,which will trigger high temperature protection when the working environment temperature is higher than 100 °C.The output voltage has four gear selects that can be adjusted by an external register.The simulation results show that the power supply has better load regulation and anti-interference ability,and the overall noise output is lower than 300 microvolts.The analog switch matrix circuit is an indispensable part of analog signal transmission.It has flexible transmission characteristics and can be controlled by an external register.In this paper,we study the fast conversion of the matrix circuit,improve the signal-to-noise ratio,increase the reliability and improve the output drive capability.In the analog switch matrix circuit design,single-input-single-output,single-input-to-full-output,full-input-to-full-output three-conduction modes are realized,which can be converted by the external human-conducted conduction mode,and the overall switch matrix circuit is designed independently.The channel conversion time is 30 nanoseconds and the power supply voltage rejection ratio is 80 dB,which is suitable for signal transmission in the range of 48 Mhz.A high speed op amp is used as a buffer with a slew rate higher than 40.In contrast to the MAX456 data,the channel's slew rate frequency bandwidth and supply voltage rejection ratio are both advantageous.
