With the continuous development of China's economic and social level,the whole society's demand for electricity supply has been improved,the grid scaledevelopment more and more large,the structure is becoming more and more complex,to rise to power grid scheduling system control requirement,network communication is an integral part of power supervisory system,the development of communication network directly determines the construction of the smart grid.Pu'er grid of the existing communication network is given priority to with the traditional line channel,transport business performance in the physical plane for complex cable connection with many terminals,it is difficult to for what had happened in daily operations of the fault judgment to make a precise position,on business network scalability and performance of short,at the same time,the security of the channel in the emphasis on the environment of network information safety is not guaranteed,through the construction of dispatching data network to solve the above problem has become urgent and necessary.The construction of dispatching data network can guarantee the transmission of dispatching real-time control data,production management business information and communication network monitoring data,so as to ensure the safe,reliable and stable operation of power grids at all levels.Present situation of yunnan pu-erh tea electric power communication network and the existing communication network carrying business,as well as the future expected expansion of network scale,was carried out on carrying the business flow of dispatching data network,at the same time from the forming principle,the technology of network system and networking solutions,network,routing protocol,VPN planning and design of IP address,Qo S and policy to analyze several important dimensions,determined the suitable pu district dispatching data network construction network plan;In addition,according to the development requirements of scheduling data network,necessary network optimization was carried out for the optical transmission network in pu 'er area.Finally,the network's accessibility and reliability were verified through practical application.
