In view of “Internet plus”,“block chain”,“Internet of things” and 5G technology opening up a new chapter in the information era,enterprise informatization construction has been popularized in China,giving enterprises the leading advantageous factor: informatization can greatly enhance the efficiency of enterprise operation,establish the core competitiveness of enterprises,and facilitate the development of enterprises.However,during the domestic expressway informatization,the lack of planning under the guidance of management information system theory causes the failure to integrate internal information of enterprises,thus forming “information island”.As a result,enterprises cannot build an effective organization and coordination environment through the management information system,resulting in loose organizational structure of personnel,low efficiency of information acquisition and transmission,and the lack of mobile office capacity.Therefore,it hinders business development,and affects the achievement of strategic objectives,making it the bottleneck of enterprise development.Based on the analysis of the current situation of,and problems identified in,the construction of expressway management information system in Sichuan Province,this paper shows low level of expressway management information in Sichuan and insufficient theory and practice reserves,which means it has lagged behind the current development of the era.During the deployment of the management information system of Sichuan WenchuanMaerkang Expressway project,this paper,in combination with the construction and management requirements of Wenchuan-Maerkang Expressway,puts forward the design and improvement ideas of the management information system of the project,verifies the guiding advantages of the information management theory,summarizes the preliminary achievements,refines the construction characteristics,and helps the enterprise achieve its strategic objectives and enhance its competitiveness.This paper studies the construction process of the management information system of Sichuan Wenchuan-Maerkang Expressway project,and analyzes the achievements and experience of the design and improvement of the management information system of Sichuan Wenchuan-Maerkang Expressway project.With the theory of management information system guiding the practice,information fusion,unified platform,Internet of things data collection,mobile phone app as the main research stream,this paper provides the appropriate experience in the planning,design and construction of the management information system for expressway enterprises,and promotes the development of industry informatization.Running through the working environment for the construction of Wenchuan-Maerkang Expressway project,this paper defines the integrated electronic coordination environment with the theory of management information system,combines all the staff participating in the construction into a virtual team,implements a unified platform of information fusion by building the ICE information system for the construction of Wenchuan-Maerkang Expressway,accelerates the information transmission,communication and cooperation within the virtual team,and improves the overall efficiency of the team.This paper aims to demonstrate that the theory of management information system plays an important guidance role in the construction of expressway information system in practice;provide reference for other enterprises that need to build the ICE information system in terms of the analysis method of integrated and coordinated environment;and provide reference for the method of information collection,information integration and information processing and implementation of the expressway information system.
