With the rapid development of modern warfare ammunition and target defence technology, the war environment has become more complex, the types of ammunition have become diverse, and the means of target protection have become been advanced very quickly. It becomes to be very important to scientifically and effectively develop the battle damage assessment models to evaluate the target damage. In this dissertation, based on the study of blast fragments projectiles, some corresponding damage assessment model is developed for evaluating the damage of typical targets, and based on these models, some typical targets are used as examples for research and calculation. For the personnel goal, based on the damage principles fragments and high pressure,we establish the damage assessment model including both effects,The destroyed principle of blast fragments bombs is introduced, including fragmentation effect and overpressure effect. The physical process of fragmentation and overpressure shock wave generation to hit the target is analyzed, and the probability criterion of damage assessment is defined. The design includes the requirements analysis, the establishment of the system, the selected tools and the main body of the program, and then the results are displayed according to the parameters of a certain type of bombkilling parameters. Finally, the model is used to explore the effect of the bombing height, falling angle and final speed on the damage process. For armored vehicles and civil airport targets,we use a dynamic Bayesian network to construct a damage assessment model.Firstly, the armored vehicles and civil airports are systematically graded according to functions, and the dynamic Bayesian network structure is developed, and the damage assessment model is proposed. Then, the Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the experimental data, and the Pearson correlation coefficient is introduced to describe the model accuracy, which verifies the validity of the model. Finally, the stability of model is further validated by substituting the experimental data of different missing rates into the model for damage comparison.
