In order to explore the causes of explosive detonation of charge powder and the cracking of projectile during the process of warhead penetrating into concrete target,the overload parameter measurement system of multi-layer target penetration was studied.By measuring the parameters such as acceleration and strain of warhead structure and powder pressure in the process of warhead penetration,this paper provides the basis for the design of warhead structure and powder structure.The mechanical model of the warhead's penetrating target was established along with the analysis of the warhead's force characteristics.The penetration model was established in ANSYS/LS-DYNA to conduct numerical simulation on the process of projectile penetrating into multi-layer target plate,and the variation of stress and strain,acceleration of projectile body and pressure of charge powder during the process of warhead penetration were obtained.On this basis,the technical index of penetration testing system was put forward,the testing method of overload characteristic parameter of penetration is analyzed and discussed.The method of storage test was used in the system,and the testing parameters include the stress and strain of the projectile structure,acceleration and pressure of powder inside the projectile.The overall design scheme of system was proposed.The sensors used in each parameter test are selected respectively,and the pressure,acceleration and strain test system were built.The signal conditioning circuit,acquisition and storage circuit and FPGA circuit were designed.At the same time,the Verilog HDL was used to realize the FPGA logic function development in ISE14.7.For the strain test of the body strain,the test scheme of the resistance strain gauge was adopted,and the bridge automatic balance adjustment circuit is designed to realize the electric calibration of the strain circuit.Due to the long storage and transportation time of the warhead,the low-power management module design of the storage test system was carried out.Aiming at the high overload condition in the penetrating process,the overload ability of the device is strengthened.In order to improve the reliability of the storage test system and prevent the failure of the circuit system,the redundant design of the plastic accelerometer and plastic manometer was designed to realize the reliable measurement of maximum acceleration and powder pressure.The storage test system was verified.The signal generator,cantilever beam and other methods are used to verify the modules of pressure/acceleration and strain test.The penetration test was carried out and the test data were processed and analyzed.
