As a new "passive" low-altitude defense weapon,suspension bomb can make up for the deficiency of traditional "active" antiaircraft weapon.After being fired,the projectile throws bullets.Through the lift force provided by the suspension device,the bullet is suspended in the air and forms a defense barrier,which can provide better protection for ships and military buildings.The air suspension technology is the most important technology for the suspension bomb.In this paper,the wingless air suspension technology of suspension bullet is studied.Through the study of the jet reaction thrust technology,combining with the working principle of suspension cartridge,the overall structure form of wingless aerosol suspension cartridge composed of warhead,combustion chamber and nozzle was determined.According to the different number of nozzles and the change of direction,three schemes of suspension bullet charge of single nozzles,multiple nozzles and oblique nozzles are designed.The force and movement process of each scheme are analyzed.Dynamic models of the three schemes were established respectively,and the suspension performance of the sub-munitions was studied.The weight and structure size of suspension bullet are set and the required suspension capacity is given.Then,each suspension scheme was calculated and analyzed,and the combustion chamber equilibrium pressure and corresponding combustion agent size and performance parameters were found to meet the requirements.Through the comparison of different schemes,the influence law of the number and direction of nozzle on the suspension effect is obtained.The calculation results show that the airless aerosol cartridge designed in this paper can achieve the required suspension capacity.The slant nozzle suspension cartridge can also have a good anti-rotation effect.In the end,fluid simulation software and dynamic simulation software are used to simulate the flow field in the nozzle,the pressure field in the combustion chamber and the motion process of suspended bullet,and the results are compared with the theoretical calculation results.Through research and analysis,the overall structure and suspension scheme of airless aerosol cartridge were designed,the dynamic model of each scheme was given,and the calculation and analysis were carried out.It provides a certain scientific research foundation for the further application of jet thrust technology in the research of suspension missile.
