As a professional force responsible for chemical protection,chemical defense corps have developed for 80 years.With the increasing threat of weapons of mass destruction,the role of chemical defense corps in the current defense is becoming more and more important.As countries pay more attention to chemical defense corps,the evaluation and early warning of chemical defense corps will become the focus of research.Therefore,this paper takes the investigation and the decontamination units as the research objects,and establishes its capability assessment and early warning system for the overall goal of systematic management and analysis of chemical defense corps with combination of the computer and information management concept.First of all,based on the current situation of the investigation and the decontamination units,this paper establishes the chemical defense corps capability evaluation system combined with the characteristics of the chemical defense corps.Then,the evaluation indexes in the evaluation system are classified and quantified.At the same time,this paper has graded the capabilities according to industry standards.Secondly,the overall data acquisition scheme for chemical defense corps is designed according to the functional requirements and performance requirements of data acquisition.In this paper,the wireless Mesh network is built through the design of data acquisition network node,encrypt data transmission,data transmission protocol and storage design.Thirdly,the data collected from chemical defense corps is preprocessed combined with the data characteristics of chemical defense corps.First,random forest algorithm is used to select features and eliminate redundant information according to the importance of features and classification error rate,and t-SNE algorithm is used for further reducing the feature dimension.It solves the problem of data redundancy and improves the efficiency of subsequent evaluation model.Then,the capability evaluation and early warning model of chemical defense corps is established.First,the ability evaluation model is constructed based on BP neural network and SVM model,and the results are integrated based on fuzzy integral.After that,the capability early warning is carried out according to the capability evaluation model of chemical defense corps.Finally,the capability evaluation and early warning system of chemical defense corps is developed.According to the system requirements analysis,the overall architecture,function modules and database of the system are designed in detail,and the system is developed according to the design requirements.Finally the capability assessment and early warning system of chemical defense corps is realized.
