Drone is the abbreviation of unmanned aircraft.It is an unmanned aircraft controlled by radio remote control device program.As a product of the development of modern science and technology,drones are playing an increasingly important role in the military and civilian fields.Among the many launch methods of drones,rocket-assisted launch drones are the most widely used.For a rocket-assisted launch drone,it is necessary to precisely adjust the thrust line of the rocket-assisted launcher and accurately measure the mass characteristic parameters of the drone to ensure that the drone can launch safely and realize the flight process of the drone.In precise control.However,there are few studies on measuring equipment for mass characteristic parameters of drones,and most of them cannot measure mass characteristics parameters such as mass,center of mass and moment of inertia of drones at the same time.The method of adjusting the thrust line of the booster rocket is complicated,requires repeated adjustments,takes a long time,and has low accuracy.Therefore,this article takes rocket-assisted launch drone as the research object.The main research results are as follows:Based on the analysis and research of the existing quality measurement equipment,measurement methods and thrust line adjustment methods at home and abroad,the development plan for the integration of UAV quality characteristic parameter measurement and thrust line adjustment equipment was determined.Based on the basic measurement principles of the sensor torque balance method,torsion pendulum method,and thrust seat repair method,the mechanical structure of the integrated device for quality measurement and thrust line adjustment was designed,and the design of the principle prototype was completed;the quality characteristics of the drone and the precision of the thrust line were completed Integrated tuning algorithm to achieve precise adjustment of the UAV quality characteristic parameters and thrust line in one time;the accurate position conversion algorithm between the UAV and the test platform is established to convert the UAV's center of mass to the UAV's own coordinate system;Established a virtual prototype dynamic model and a UAV model of the test platform,and performed simulation analysis of the UAV quality characteristic parameters and thrust line adjustment process;performed functional verification and uncertainty analysis of the equipment,and finally carried out the UAV actual measurement.
