As a wavefront corrector,deformable mirror is the core component of adaptive optical system.The deformable mirror designed in this paper is based on space applications,and combined with the performance of the deformable mirror.Then use FE simulation software to perform modal analysis,static analysis,thermodynamic analysis and simulated vibration analysis on the design parameters.In this way,the parameters of the deformable mirror are determined to ensure that the designed single-piezo deformable mirror meets the standards of space applications.The specific work of this article is as follows:(1)Research and design a 19-unit single-piezoelectric deformable mirror intended to be used in the field of space imaging.The deformable mirror has the advantages of small size,light weight,large deformation,simple structure,and low cost,and can be used to correct atmospheric disturbances.Bring the wavefront aberration.(2)Aiming at the problem that space hardware products need to refer to the natural frequency for anti-resonance treatment,modal analysis and piezoelectric simulation analysis were performed on the single-piezo deformable mirror,and the support method of the deformable mirror was determined to be fixed.Si lenses The thickness is 0.5mm,the thickness of the PZT sheet is 0.2mm,and the thickness of the adhesive layer is 0.05 mm.(3)Aiming at the problem of thermal deformation of the material due to temperature fluctuations in the space,a thermo-mechanical coupling analysis was performed on the single-piezo deformable mirror.The maximum deformation of the lens was 1.08 ?m for each1 ° C increase when the aluminum alloy fixture was used.At this time,the maximum deformation of the lens is only one-tenth of the former,so the selection of Si material as the single piezoelectric deformable mirror as the supporting fixture can reduce the deformation of the lens due to heat.(4)In view of the impact vibration caused by the launch of the spacecraft,sinusoidal vibration and random vibration simulation analysis were performed on the single-piezo deformable mirror,and it was found that the maximum displacement basically falls on the natural frequency of the structure.Vibration and shock,but for random vibration,effective anti-shock measures are required to prevent the structure from being damaged.
