As the most basic component of the mechanism,bearings are widely used in the space joint,focusing mechanism,switching mechanism et al.The assembly process of the bearing has a great influence on the realization of the space mechanism,such as motion accuracy,working life.It's the basic guarantee for the normal operation of the space agency and the realization of the intended function.Therefore,study on the bearing preload has great value.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the space mechanism,based on the bearings which were used in aerospace mechanism,the relationship between the preload,displacement and friction torque were studied.Also,we do experiment relational.The main contents are as follows:First,based on the classical Hertz theory,a static static equilibrium equations for bearing is established,and the bearing deformation under axial load is taken into consideration.An example is carried out to obtain the bearing load-displacement relationship.The component factors of friction torque of a single bearing were analyzed.According to the mathematical model of friction torque,the numerical calculation of friction torque is carried out,and the influence of the axial load of the bearing on the friction torque was analyzed.Then,based on the ABAQUS software,a simplified bearing model under axial load is established,and the static and dynamic analysis of the bearing is carried out to obtain the influence of axial load on displacement and friction torque.The results are compared with the theoretical calculation results.Finally,based on the the bearing c process and three kinds of bearings(7004AC,7300 B,708C)are taken into account,a bearing test-bed is designed and manufactured.The influence of bearing preload and speed on bearing stiffness and friction torque is considered.The relationship between the actual axial load and the displacement and friction moment was verified by experiments,and the rationality of the theoretical calculations and finite element simulation results was verified.This thesis takes the bearings into account,which are commonly used in space mechanism.And carried out theoretical analysis,finite element simulation and experimental study on the relationship between axial load,displacement and friction torque of bearings.Make sure to provide reference and effective data support to ensure the accurate implementation of bearing preload and improve the life and reliability of the product.
