Small-sized intelligent ammunition and weapon system using in water is one of current navy command equipment development direction.Research the key technologies of the key components and safety control of the telecontrol system in water,has important practical significance for improving the weak status of the underwater smart weapon for the navy.In this paper,taking an underwater remote starter as the research object,according to the work course and the general requirements of the telecontrol system,analysed available environmental information and achieve safety control of the with the telecontrol system with the design of low frequency small size transducer and the frequency-shift keying modulation.The unidirectional radiation low-power piezoelectric transducer was designed with the law of acoustic channel propagation in shallow seawater,and the requirements of the detonator.The finite element simulation is used to study the resonant response of the characteristics of the transducer and optimize the structure.The structure of multi-point control of underwater detonator is analyzed.The BELLHOP is used to study the delay of the signal transmission.The multipath effect on the signal is demonstrated by the normalized impulse response curve.The binary frequency keying modulation and the adaptive filtering algorithm is studied.The two-channel filtering scheme is designed which was verified by the simulation that overlapping signals can be effectively separated which combined with the non-coherent demodulation technology,the new signal processing demodulation scheme is designed.According to the system requirements,the relevant circuits of the transmitter and receiver are designed and the samples are made.The transducer vibration test and the underwater acoustic signal transmission test were carried out which shows that the one-way radiation transducer can be used to transmit effective signals at a distance of 150 meters in the telecontrol system.The design methods,theoretical models and numerical simulation technology,have a high reference value for the small-sized intelligent ammunition and weapon system.
