The electric linear load simulator is widely used in aerospace,weaponry,scientific research and other fields.In the development process of the aircraft,it is a semi-physical simulation device capable of simulating the load spectrum of the ground experiment or the real working condition.It is important to analyze the control performance and mechanical structure parameters of the linear steering gear.In recent years,as the requirements of the tested rudder system are getting higher and higher,the servo simulation loading accuracy is also higher.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research.In this paper,the composition and structure of the load simulator are analyzed in depth.The mechanism model is used to establish the comprehensive mathematical model of the loading system.The system is loaded with the frequency response method to verify the system loading model,and the semi-physical AMEsim simulation model is built.Combined with theoretical analysis and experimental methods,the influence factors such as excess force characteristics,mechanical structural parameters and nonlinearity are analyzed,which lays a foundation for further improving the performance of the load simulator.Secondly,for the closed-loop stability analysis of the system,a hysteresis correction method is proposed to improve the stability.In order to suppress the excess force,based on the principle of structural invariance,the force command feedforward and rudder disturbance compensation method are used.The simulation and test show that the residual force suppression effect is good;to further improve the system's anti-disturbance capability,the force loop adopts the auto disturbance rejection controller.The simulation results show that the loading accuracy of the system is greatly improved compared with the traditional PID control.On this basis,based on LabVIEW and PXI platform,the overall architecture of the system software is designed,and the host computer main program,the lower computer measurement and control real-time program and the upper and lower computer communication program are optimized.Finally,based on the "electric linear load simulation loading test bench",the static and dynamic performance of the loading system are verified and analyzed.The results show that the system meets the "double ten index";on this basis,the linear servo mechanism is static.Test and analysis of stiffness,transmission efficiency and transmission accuracy provide an effective reference for comprehensive evaluation of its performance.
