Research On The Planning Of Modern Farms In Dongting Lake Area

Dongting Lake area is an important commodity grain production base in the country,and has always been known as a land of fish and rice.The development of modern agriculture has unique natural conditions.However,serious ecological security problems and relatively low comparative benefits of agricultural production have arisen due to rice planting in the past.It is urgent to adjust agricultural production structure and rural industrial structure.Taking the modern farms in Dongting Lake area as the research object,this paper discusses the theory and method of modern farm planning by field investigation and comprehensive analysis,which is of great significance for promoting the construction of modern farms in Dongting Lake area and promoting the development of integrated industry.The main results are as follows:1.Three modern farms in Dongting Lake area were investigated on the spot,and the main problems were found as follows:(1)The concept of planning and design was not clear.(2)The regional characteristics of the lake area are not obvious.(3)The theme of manor is not prominent.(4)Infrastructure is not perfect.2.Put forward the theory and method of modern farm planning in Dongting Lake area,emphasizing that fish and rice production should always be the mainstay and the suitable economic crops should be selected and developed to form productive landscapes on the surface.Choose the appropriate development of diversified landscape agriculture near the village at the point and online,and combine it with creating the agricultural park environment for leisure,sightseeing and experience in the development of rural tourism services.3.It is pointed out that the modern farms in Dongting Lake area must strengthen the construction of residential and reception buildings for foreigners.It is emphasized that the reconstruction should be the main task,that new farms should be built on the premise of rationality and legality,and that the unification of production,ecology and life should be realized.According to the above theories and methods,the planning of modern agricultural park with shellfish,shrimp and crab has been completed.As the basic unit of integrated industry,the modern farms in Dongting Lake area must pay attention to the environmental construction of tourism industry in order to ensure thesustainable development of social economy and natural ecology in the lake area on the basis of emphasizing the development of modern agricultural production functions with lake characteristics.
