Due to the unique landform and special traffic situation in Xinjiang Province,the traditional traffic management methods are difficult to play.With the rapid development of Internet technology,global positioning technology and mobile devices,the new kind of vehicle monitoring terminal based on mobile devices have been well promoted,which is very helpful to improve traditional traffic management.Aiming at the special traffic situation in Xinjiang,this project designs and implements a vehicle monitoring terminal based on extended JT/T808 protocol with heavy vehicles as the monitoring object.According to the JT/T808 protocol technical specification issued by the Ministry of Communications and the Technical Specification of Vehicle Terminal Communication Protocol for Large-scale Construction Machinery and Vehicle Satellite Positioning Control System issued by Xinjiang Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau,this paper mainly studies and designs the hardware and software of the vehicle monitoring terminal.This paper first analyzes the overall requirements and functional requirements of the vehicle monitoring terminal,and determines the overall design of the terminal hardware and software.This paper uses the ARM Cortex-A7 core-based Quanzhi V40 chip as the processor on the hardware platform.This paper focuses on the terminal communication module built by Netty network framework and implements the encapsulation and analysis function of JT/T808 protocol.It obtains the real-time location information of the vehicle through the GPS positioning module and speeds alarm on the speed of the vehicle through the speed limit alarm module;It uses JNI mechanism and NDK integrated face recognition algorithm so library and identify the current driver through the face recognition module;It implements the RTP encapsulation scheme of H.264 video stream and pushs the three-way real-time driving picture to the remote monitoring center through the traffic recording module and further implements the local persistence function of three-way driving video;It implements four fence algorithms and uses the electronic fence module to monitor whether the vehicle is driving in a legal area;Besides,this paper designs and builds the Android SQLite database.This paper tests the function of each module of the terminal.The vehicle monitoring terminal implementes the expected function and has practical application value.
