Aiming at the problems of the ground power supply system of the tram and the power supply modules of the tram vehicles,such as short-circuit and burnout of power supply modules,substation trips,and vehicle jumps and interruptions,this paper proposes to discuss the ground power supply system of trams and the internal working status of trams.Carrying out monitoring,on the basis of data collection,the basic parameter monitoring of the train,to provide a data basis for solving the problem of the power supply system of the line.This subject designs a set of remote monitoring system for urban rail vehicles and ground power supply system.The system can obtain the operation data information of urban rail vehicles and ground power supply system,and send it to the remote monitoring platform through the cloud server through 4G wireless communication technology,real-time Monitor the operating parameters of urban rail vehicles,and grasp the equipment operating status of the ground power supply system in time,regardless of location.The industrial computer receives data through the Multifunction vehicle bus communication with the urban rail vehicle and the TCP communication with the ground power supply system,and the data can be stored locally,and the stored data can also be downloaded through the industrial computer.Then,the industrial computer sends the data to the DTU through serial communication,and the DTU automatically sends the data to the One NET server platform through 4G and other wireless sending methods,and stores the data on the platform for subsequent big data analysis and other information Expanded use of functionalization.Finally,the remote diagnosis subsystem receives data remotely through the MQTT protocol,and organizes and displays real-time data and offline data.For real-time data,the system can automatically pop up the fault information,analyze the recorded data 3s before and after the fault occurs,and provide relevant positioning and diagnosis processing functions.The system can effectively grasp the failures and problems that may occur during the operation of urban rail trains,and can fully grasp the failure equipment and failure causes when problems occur,reduce the time cost and equipment economic cost caused by failures,and provide a daily basis for the vehicles.Maintenance and rapid diagnosis provide decision support,and provide a strong guarantee for the effectiveness and scientificity of troubleshooting.This article describes the system design and development from the two parts of software and hardware,and focuses on the technology or functions used in the system.Finally,this article finally tests and analyzes the functionality and performance of the system to verify the practicability of the system.
